- Participate in one of our archaeology field schools. Reach out to an archaeology faculty member for more information.
- Attend the annual UW Undergraduate Research Symposium.
- Consider a Mary Gates Undergraduate Research Fellowship
- Check out the UW Libraries’ comprehensive collection of short video tutorials and links to other help guides on common research and library tasks. These tutorials cover the basics, including how to select a topic and develop research questions, and how to select, search for, find, and evaluate information sources
- Senior Anthropology Majors who did not for any reason join the Honors Program, but conducted independent research with an adviser in the Department of Anthropology, are eligible to be nominated for a Anthropology Senior Distinguished Research Recognition Award (PDF).
