Biography

BA, History, University of Oregon, 2014
MPhil, Russian and East European Studies, University of Oxford, 2021.

Most recently, I have been working as an archaeological field technician, primarily around the Columbia Plateau and the northern Great Basin. Before transitioning towards archaeology, I worked in education. Highlights from this previous career include a year teaching in Bulgaria through a Fulbright ETA grant and a separate year teaching in a New Mexico county jail.

Regional focuses: Pacific Northwest, Bulgaria, the Balkans, the former Soviet Union.
