Biography

Noah Greco (B.S. '22, Human Evolutionary Biology and Medical Anthropology & Global Health) is a Board-Certified Genetic Counselor and Clinical Content Specialist at Everlywell. He completed his M.S. in Human Genetics & Genetic Counseling at the UC San Francisco School of Medicine in 2025, where his thesis used the NIH All of Us biobank to examine diagnostic trajectories of pathogenic mutations in FBN1 and the limitations of phenotype-first screening. His clinical work spans prenatal diagnostics, pediatric medical genetics, hereditary cancer risk, and cardiovascular genetics, with a focus on culturally attuned care for underserved and underinsured populations. Noah also conducts translational research at the intersection of genomics, health equity, and ethics — including a thesis developed at UW evaluating computational and ethical gaps in how direct-to-consumer testing services handle Jewish ancestry data. He currently serves as Co-Chair of the Genomic Technologies Special Interest Group at the National Society of Genetic Counselors.
