Biography
International educator with management and leadership experience in higher education. Specializing in international networks, higher education programs, community development, and participatory research methods. Skilled in fundraising, grant writing and management, project design and implementation, event planning, research design and evaluation, communication, and building productive relationships with local and international partners.
Graduate research focused on Women Domestic Workers in the Middle East: Jordan and the UAE. Other research and publication topics include civic engagement, community-based scholarship, service learning and youth employability. Work experience includes positions in the Diplomatic Corps, at the American University in Cairo and Tufts University, and the Lazord Foundation, a fellowship program for college graduates in Egypt, Jordan, and Tunisia.
